Attenders are your organization's members, visitors or prospects. Uploading your attenders allows you to view them on a map color coded according to categories and grouped into families, and run various cluster analyses on them.

With this feature you can upload your list of attenders from a CSV file. CSV files contain comma separated values. Spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and all church management software like Church Community Builder can export your database of attenders to a CSV file.

From a CSV file you can import the following data on your attenders. All of this data is optional. You can choose what information you would like to upload.

• ID
• Category
• Family ID
• Family position
• First name
• Middle name
• Last name
• Address line 1
• Address line 2
• City
• State
• Zip code
• Mobile phone
• Home phone
• Email
• and five utility fields for anything else

During the upload all records are analyzed. Addresses are parsed and matched to existing addresses to be able to accurately display them on a map. Names are also matched to existing households in our database. Individuals get grouped into families.
