Email Sender Authorization
If you are not receiving emails from us, it might be because your
email service is so strict that it requires you to give prior
authorization to anyone before they can send you emails. If you have
such a strict personal setup, you most likely know how to place email
addresses on your allowed list of senders. It might help you if you
take a look at our article on
whitelisting email addresses.
If this is an overall policy implemented at your organization, you
will need to contact your IT administrator, and ask them to
allow us to send you emails. Tell them our email address.
