Refund Policy
- Bless Partner and New Movers Products:
- For monthly subscribers, partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month if no data downloads were made or no New Movers were received during that billing period.
- For annual subscriptions a pro-rated refund will be paid for unused months where no data downloads were made and no New Movers were received.
- Refund requests must be made within 28 days of the billing period in question.
- Community Connector Product:
- Community Connector subscriptions are subject to a one-year commitment, and no refunds will be provided once the subscription is active.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
As the Bless App is a digital product, there are no physical goods to ship or deliver. Upon successful subscription, you will receive immediate access to the purchased features via your online account.
Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations will take effect immediately upon processing by our team, and access to the services will end.
- Community Connector Product:
- Subscriptions are based on an annual commitment. Cancellations can be requested at any time but will only take effect at the end of the current annual cycle.
- Access to Community Connector services will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
